Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Downloadable/digital products

Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of approval or rejection

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again

Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
